Terms and conditions for Pumps and Prana
Welcome to Pumps and Prana. Please review our terms and conditions carefully before booking a class. Your agreement to these terms ensures a smooth and effective learning experience for everyone.
Booking and payment terms
All class seats are reserved only upon receipt of full payment. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until electronic payment is processed. Students agree to this policy when signing up for a class, ensuring their spot is secured only after payment is received.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
We do not offer refunds; however, we understand that life happens. You may reschedule your class once at no additional cost, provided you notify us at info@pumpsandprana.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Attendance and punctuality
Students agree to arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a required reschedule to ensure all AHA guidelines are met and may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Certification is dependent upon the successful completion of both the written and skills portions of the course, which requires full participation.
Important disclaimers and contact information
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Students must agree that CPR/BLS training involves physical exertion and they are physically fit to participate. Certification is not guaranteed by attendance; students must pass the skills check and exam per AHA guidelines.
